CoachThis! Branding
CoachThis! is TCWGlobal’s annual internal event for leadership development. Those currently in leadership roles or aspiring to be in leadership come together for multiple days to focus on skill building and to attend workshops. In 2019, the event was held in Palm Springs and I was the lead designer responsible for coming up with the branding.
Inspiration
We took inspiration from various music festivals and desert imagery. We felt this theme would work well for the event since it was about coming together and creating new leaders. The final logo included a cactus and blooming flower as a nod to the location that year.
