HubSpot Inbound Event Branding

The booth design included a fully branded arcade machine and (2) additional branded panels. We also had arcade themed stickers available as our merch giveaway.

Calendly attended Hubspot Inbound in 2023 and needed a booth design to support the arcade theme that was decided would be used to drive the brand’s message. The main goal of this event was to educate prospects on how Calendly could be used as a powerful tool to win more deals for sales and revenue teams.
