AI State of Scheduling Report

In 2023, Calendly surveyed 1,200 professionals in the United States and United Kingdom about scheduling, meetings, and time management. In addition, we collected people’s responses to questions involving AI and how that would inevitably change the way we work. The creative team was tasked with developing creative direction for this report.

This direction would be used to create a landing page, blog imagery, social and ad assets.

Our first step before developing creative direction for this was researching what other SaaS companies were doing.

The report landing page involved a series of data sets that needed to be designed to communicate the survey findings.

We decided to lean into purples for our main color palette. The color symbolizes mystery and the power of creativity. We felt this perfectly summarized our goals as an organization and our hopes for AI as we embarked on the journey of implementing it within our own product.
